Customer Acceptance and Understanding -

Congratulations on your arrival into the world of Internet Marketing to the Search Engines.
There are a few things that Optimax need you to understand as we proceed with your campaign. In proceeding you must accept and agree to the following points -

• When a website META program is changed, some current search 'queries' you are ranking for, can often drop in ranking before resuming and preceding the original positions. This is because we may need to remove references supporting low value positions, to make way for the more popular queries that we have researched for.
  
  
• Your website page text may need to be altered slightly. Such as with the addition of key words and key phrases often used when querying Search Engines for your service. This includes making these new words and some existing ‘on-page’ words bold.
  
  
• Additional Headings and Subheadings may need to be added to your pages; or existing headings may need to be altered, to be made more relevant to that pages theme or made visible to Google.
  
  
• It is necessary to add links to the text throughout your site. These links will often link to other pages in your site. These links often feature as underlined, or can change the text in colour. You must request obscure links if you do not want this change; however it is not recommended, as the purpose of a link is to attract inbound traffic to your other pages. More importantly some links will be outbound to other websites of a similar nature to yours. In this case, that link would normally be reciprocated from the website your link is referring too.
  
  
• During the campaign, (depending on the first response from the Search Engines) Optimax may advise of changes and additions required for your site to rank well. These changes may include adding additional pages of new, relevant content. Typically you may be required to increase your page’s text, by elaborating further on each pages theme. You may also be required to write and post articles on your business activity. Optimax provides this service for you, starting with Optmize Me! - Package 2 Campaign.
  
  
• It is required that Optimax access via ‘FTP’ (File Transfer Protocol) into your website host’s server, to Optimize your website. It is sometimes difficult to obtain FTP because hosts and web designers protect or refuse entry to Webmasters. If Optimax has commenced your campaign and our entry is refused, payment may be required for time spent and deducted from your deposit.
  
  
• Optimax terms of trade are 50% deposit upon acceptance* The balance of 50% is required once the work is completed; payments (Including Pay As We Google plan results) do not depend upon Search Engine Placement results. Results can start from as quickly as 10 days for long established websites, and typically begin at 3 months into the campaign for new websites.

*Not applicable if you have made a 'Pay As We Google' plan with Optimax.

• Optimax are confident we can place any website we choose to take on, to the front page of Google. This does not necessarily mean this will definitely occur with your chosen (or even recommended) package. It may be required that you increase your investment to a greater package to accomplish your desired positions with the search engines.
  
  
• If other people who have FTP access to your site undo page programming, or any work by Optimax, you may be charged for additional time required to redo or reload the work.
  
  
• Optimax wants you to be aware that the Discover Me! Campaign does not include a Link service. Lack of links (other than lack of content) is the one thing that will prevent websites from ranking on Google. Bing (MSN) Senisis and Yahoo! will still rank you based on your page programming and content organisation. Optimax Link service begins with Optimize Me! – Package 2.
  
  
• It is understood that the terms of Trade are 50% deposit* to commence your chosen package; and 50% payment on completion of the campaign; in accordance to the Typical Completion Times clearly outlined above. The 50% payment on completion does NOT depend on the campaigns results, or the time they take to come to fruition.

*Not applicable if you have made a 'Pay As We Google' plan with Optimax.
